Checkout Options
- Standard checkout: 12:00 pm — simply leave your key cards in the room
- Express checkout: review your folio on the TV screen the evening before, confirm charges, and bypass the front desk entirely
- Late checkout: available until 3:00 pm subject to availability — request via the Services menu on your TV or call extension 0
Express Checkout
Navigate to “My Folio” from your TV’s main menu the night before departure. Your itemised charges — room rate, dining, spa services, minibar — are displayed for review. Confirm with a single press of the remote, and a receipt will be sent to the email address on file. No stop at reception required.
Luggage Storage
Departing later in the day? Our bell desk offers complimentary luggage storage so you can explore the neighbourhood unencumbered after checkout. Retrieve your bags at any time — simply present the luggage claim tag provided when you check them in.
