Connecting Your Device
Open your device’s Wi-Fi settings and select the network labelled with our hotel name. You’ll be directed to a simple login portal — enter the access code shown on your TV or provided at check-in. The connection activates immediately, no additional software required.

Premium Bandwidth
For guests who need additional speed for video conferencing or large file transfers, a premium tier is available. Select “Upgrade Wi-Fi” from the Services menu on your TV remote or dial extension 7200 to activate enhanced bandwidth for the duration of your stay.
