A clean, perfectly prepared room is the foundation of every great stay. Our housekeeping team maintains that standard twice daily — once during the morning service and again with evening turndown.

Daily Service

Morning housekeeping runs between eight and noon. Your room is refreshed: beds made, surfaces wiped, bathroom restocked, waste removed, and floors vacuumed. If you prefer a specific time window or wish to skip the service for a day, set your preference via the in-room TV or place the privacy indicator on your door.

Evening turndown begins at six and wraps by nine. The team dims the lighting, closes the drapes, folds the duvet, replaces used towels, and leaves a small seasonal sweet on the nightstand. It is a quiet ritual designed to mark the transition from day to evening.


On-Demand Requests

Between scheduled services, the housekeeping desk handles individual requests promptly. Common asks include:

  • Extra pillows, blankets, or hypoallergenic bedding
  • Additional bath towels, robes, and slippers
  • Toiletry refills — shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dental kits
  • Iron and ironing board delivery
  • Crib or rollaway bed setup

Laundry and dry-cleaning pickup can also be scheduled through the same channel — garments collected before ten in the morning are returned pressed and bagged by six that evening.
